— Process
A clear path from first hello to final review.
Exact steps vary by package, but every project follows the same shape. You'll always know where you are and what happens next.
Step 01
First contact
You send an enquiry through the site. I respond quickly to arrange a brief introductory chat.
Step 02
Intake questionnaire
I send a short intake questionnaire so I can understand your situation, your home and what you want to change.
Step 03
Deeper conversation
If it feels like a good fit, we meet properly — in person or on a call — to talk through your answers and give you a chance to get to know me.
Step 04
Contract & kick-off
You decide to work with me, we sign a simple contract, and I begin work on your design.
Step 05
Design & revisions
We work through the design together, with a defined number of revision rounds so the process stays focused and the finished design is truly yours.
Step 06
Sourcing & specialist introductions
At minimum I source products that meet your needs. Where relevant, I introduce you to trusted specialists in automated home tech and accessible building work.
Step 07
Furnishing, styling & handover
If builders are involved, I re-engage once the work is done to make sure the brief is met and make any final adjustments needed.
Step 08
Final review
We finish with a review together to make sure everything works, feels right, and does what we set out to do.
A note on Disabled Facilities Grants
Please note: I don't get involved with Disabled Facilities Grant (DFG) processes or assessments — those need to go through your local authority OT team. Once a grant has been approved, I'm very happy to support or consult on the design elements, so the finished result still feels like your home.
